You are feeling totally burned out from the drudgery of the daily grind. Maybe you feel trapped in a life that you didn’t plan. You may not know what you even want, and you literally have no motivation to figure it out.

You may have even attempted to create a plan or take a class to help, but you lost motivation halfway through.

Hi there, I’m Kelli Wright
I was a young adult who was struggling in the same ways you are. My journey is what drives my passion to help others unlock their potential!
Let me tell you my story…
Soon, my uncertainty and lack of motivation turned to panic. I started skipping classes, not showing up to work, bailing on my friends, and even neglecting my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I started failing classes and had to push back my graduation, which caused me to feel even more defeated. I then began to make a series of choices for my life that became destructive and led me to feel even more stuck.
After years of stress, I finally reached a breaking point and sought out help from counselors and mentors who taught me that what I had been missing in my life was a lack of knowledge about getting motivated, solving problems, making decisions, setting goals, and persevering when things get tough (aka, GRIT). After practicing these skills and leaning on close friends for accountability, I eventually found the strength to face my challenges and create a fulfilling life for myself.
A year before my graduation from college, I had what I now refer to as a “pre-life crisis.”
I had been so focused on school and my social/romantic life that I realized I didn’t actually know what I wanted to do with my life. All my friends seemed to be making these grand plans for their future while I grew increasingly more unmotivated and even depressed.
I’ve spent my 14-year career as a therapist helping young adults like yourself learn the internal skills needed to avoid the heartache I went through. However, I realize that young adults don’t always need counseling and would benefit from a non-clinical, easily accessible, safe place to find support, information, and accountability.
That is why I have created the Grit for the Journey membership and accountability group. The sole purpose of this group and my great passion is to help you get free and make your dreams a reality!
What others are saying about Kelli Wright, LPCC, and Grit for the Journey
-
“Kelli Wright is a phenomenal therapist and educator and one of the most caring human beings I have worked alongside. As a previous colleague, I witnessed firsthand her clinical and teaching skill and genuine personality as she helped young adults uncover their stuck points and find their way forward through life transitions and identity crises. Kelli can connect with those she works with in a way that helps them feel seen and understood. I am so impressed with Kelli's work and skill set that I would not hesitate to recommend her and her program to my closest friends and family members.”

You will get members-only access to a supportive online community through the App. Our community will provide accountability and support to ask questions and implement the skills you are learning in the online classroom. The online community will include a moderator to encourage a healthy dynamic and weekly tidbits by Kelli Wright.
What’s the benefit of joining a membership group? Can’t I just learn what I need from the course?
Maybe… But if you could just watch a few videos or read some articles and figure out how to get yourself motivated and moving forward, you wouldn’t be reading this right now.
You’re here because you realize that everything you’ve tried hasn’t worked, that you are missing something but don’t know what.
You are missing the support of a community!
1.
People are not designed to do life alone. One thing I’ve heard repeatedly throughout the years from young adults is that they feel like everyone else has it together, and they are the only one who doesn’t. When you join our community, you will realize how similar your experience is to others in your generation. You will also find like-minded, caring people who will encourage you, support you, and hold you accountable.
Accountability is a valuable resource.
And successful people are known for utilizing it regularly. No one “feels” like challenging themselves. But when others support us, we can borrow their strength when ours falls short. I know that it can feel scary to open up to strangers, but it won’t take long for those strangers to become your support group and, eventually, your closest friends!
2.
Grit for the Journey offers 3 modules and 12, self-paced lessons that you will have instant access to when you become a member.
Each lesson has a monthly challenge that allows you to practice the skills you have learned. Along the way, you will have access to an online community for 24/7 peer support. You will also have exclusive access to monthly group coaching over the topics in the program. At the end of the 12 lessons, you will have a completely personalized plan for taking the next steps on your journey.
BUT! You don’t have to end your membership after completing the classroom material! Stay connected to maintain accountability from your peers to keep moving forward!
Grit for the Journey - Course Breakdown
You have so much to look forward to!
Just imagine…you could experience the motivation to get up when your alarm goes off or tackle that project you have been putting off. You could finally solve or have a clear plan for solving your biggest challenges or finally making a decision for the next step on your journey. You could have a complete plan for reaching your goals and confidence that you won’t ever have to be “stuck” again.
This is my dream for you, and I know it’s yours too! Tackling these skills is only part of my vision for this community. I want you to have a support system in place that will cheer you on when you accomplish your goals and encourage you when you are feeling discouraged.
Let’s face it, no program will make you invincible to discouragement. We all need to feel like we are not alone in our struggles. Grit for the Journey community could be the place you find “your people.”
I’m so excited to start this journey with you! I can’t wait to see your hope renewed, to see you get unstuck, for your life to open up to endless possibilities, and to cheer for you along the way!

Sometimes all it takes for your life to change is one brave step.
So much of what keeps us stuck is that we feel powerless and don’t even try.
If we do try, we often attempt to make massive changes all at once instead of taking the time to intentionally develop each skill to live the life we want.
Grit for the Journey will give you fundamental tools that provide lasting change in a format that is simple to follow and won’t overwhelm you.
So much can change in a year! This online program and accountability group could be the first step on your new journey. I can’t wait to meet you!
